This year we will be using our math program titled, Everyday Math. This math program offers a lot of hands on activities as well as offered a "spiral review" meaning it revisits previously taught concepts through the year to help students learn multiple skills at a time.
Each day students will work on Calendar activies, and learn new skills in fun and engaging ways, in addition to working in Math centers each day to improve specific skills. Students will have math homework nearly each night. These assignments will help reinforce what we've been learning in class.
